2026 සිංහල සහ හින්දු අලුත් අවුරුදු උදාවෙන් පසු රාජකාරී ආරම්භය ගරු අධිකරණ සහ ජාතික ඒකාබද්ධතා අමාත්ය නීතිඥ හර්ෂණ නානායක්කාර මහතාගේ ප්රධානත්වයෙන් අද (2026.04.20) දින අධිකරණ අමාත්යාංශයේදී පැවැත්විණ.
මෙහිදී අමාත්යාංශ කාර්ය මණ්ඩලයට අලුත් අවුරුදු සුභපැතුම් එක් කරමින් ගරු අමාත්යතුමා මෙසේ සඳහන් කලේය.
“අලුත් අවුරුද්දේ සියලුම ප්රශ්ණ, ගැටළු විසදා ගැනීමට අවස්ථාව ලැබෙයි කියලා ප්රාර්ථනා කරනවා. පුද්ගලික ජීවිතයේ අභියෝග තියෙනවා, වෘත්තීය ජීවිතයේත් බොහෝ අභියෝග තියෙනවා කෙසේ වෙතත් අපි සතුටින් ජීවිතය ගත කල යුතුයි. අපි සියළු දෙනා අතින් සුළු සුළු වැරදි වන නමුත් රාජකාරී ජීවිතයේදී කණ්ඩායමක් ලෙස අපි අතින් සිදු වුන සුළු සුළු වැරදි තේරුම් අරගෙන ඒ්වා නිවැරදි කරගනිමින් හිත් රිදීම් පුළුවන් තරම් අවම කරගෙන ඉදිරියට යන ඒක තමයි අපේ සාර්ථකත්වය. මට විශ්වාසයි මේ ගමන අපට යන්න පුළුවන් කියලා.”
අධිකරණ සහ ජාතික ඒකාබද්ධතා අමාත්යාංශයේ ලේකම් අයෙෂා ජිනසේන මෙනවිය, අමාත්යාංශයේ ජ්යේෂ්ඨ නිලධාරීන් ඇතුළු අමාත්යාංශ කාර්ය මණ්ඩලය මෙම අවස්ථාවට එක්විය.

The opening of the Kuchchaveli Tourist Magistrate’s Court Building, the Vakarai Tourist Magistrate’s Court Building, and the Valachchenai Court Complex was held this morning (27) at the Ministry of Justice and National Integration via Zoom technology, under the patronage of the Minister of Justice and National Integration, Attorney-at-Law, Harshana Nanayakkara.

The Secretary of the Ministry of Justice and National Integration and the officers of the newly set-up Mutual Legal Assistance Unit took an oath of secrecy to maintain a formal obligation to ensure confidentiality as a best practice.
Mutual legal assistance law in Sri Lanka is primarily governed by the Mutual Assistance in Civil and Commercial Matters Act, No. 39 of 2000, and the Mutual Assistance in Criminal Matters Act, No. 25 of 2002 (as amended by Act No. 24 of 2018).
